Eligibility:
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RideNow Powersports, Polaris Industries Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of RideNow Powersports, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
Giveaway Period:
The giveaway entry period begins on the date of the first Arizona Diamondbacks game of the season and ends at midnight on September 30, 2024. The winner will be drawn and announced on October 1, 2024.
How to Enter:
To enter, scan the QR code displayed during Arizona Diamondbacks games, which will direct you to a landing page. Complete the entry form with your details to be entered for a chance to win. Only completed forms are considered valid entries. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
Prize:
The winner will receive one (1) 2024 Polaris® RZR Pro R 4 Ultimate. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, and any other fees associated with the vehicle.
Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of RideNow Powersports. The winner will be notified by email and SMS within five (5) days following the selection of the winner. RideNow Powersports shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that RideNow Powersports, anyone acting on behalf of RideNow Powersports, and RideNow Powersports’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

RideNow Powersports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond RideNow Powersports’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, RideNow Powersports may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by RideNow Powersports. THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
